At least 11 people in India are killed by lightning when taking selfies

At least 11 people died this Sunday when they were struck by lightning while taking selfies near the Amber Fort palace complex, in the vicinity of the Indian city of Jaipur, according to local media.

It is reported that 27 people were in a watchtower when they were struck by lightning. At least 11 individuals died from the impact, while others were injured after jumping from the tower. This Sunday, strong storms have shaken India, causing deaths in different regions of the country.
