The Chelsea Club board of directors within the Premier League of England, would be making a formal proposal to sign footballer Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich of the Bundesliga from Germany.
According to information from different media in England and Germany, the Blues board would have a formal proposal of about 58 million euros for the Polish footballer of the Bavarians.
