Galaxy Buds2 will be Samsung’s next wireless earbuds. They will be presented together with the new generation of folding smartphones at Unpacked in August and the latest information extracted from the devices’ own app confirms their main specifications.
Wireless headphones are on the rise once most manufacturers are canceling the delivery of wired models in every smartphone sold and for the greater interest to obtain quality audio. And there is everything and for all budgets. Last month we saw the inexpensive Pixel Buds A and Sony WF-1000XM4 hit the market, which have become a reference in the sector.
The Galaxy Buds2 will animate the offer shortly. They will have a more elegant design that the originals, with more fluid and rounded lines and changes in the color finishes, according to the latest information, will be available in black, white, gray / green, purple and yellow and a combination of yellow and gray / green.
The app of these headphones reveals that the absence of the 360-degree sound function, as we already anticipated. Yes will have Noise Cancellation, a function that is becoming standard in premium models, although they will only have the function on / off, without the “high / low” option of the Buds Pro.
The headphones will be able to connect to multiple devices at once for a sound source change between them, which will be an upgrade from the original Buds. The batteries section will receive a great improvement. Each earbud will have a 61 mAh battery, while the box will have 472 mAh with 2.5w wireless charging, twice what the original models offer.
As for the design of the charging case, it will be boxy in design and finished in white on the outside, while the interior will match the colors of the earbuds.
Galaxy Buds 2 will have a price below the 200 euro barrier and we hope that Samsung will officially present them at the Unpacked event in August that we will offer you live.
