Tokyo 2020 Games: Spain has the most valuable Olympic team

Spain debuts this Thursday at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games against Egypt with the most valuable squad of the 16 participating in the championship. The 22 players summoned by Luis de la Fuente have a market value of 563 million euros, which places the Spanish Olympic team as the most valued in the tournament and also with a great difference compared to the others.

In second position is Brazil, the current champion, with 363.7 million euros, that is, 200 million less than Spain. Germany (128.2), Argentina (128.1) and France (121.5) complete the top five.

Pedri is the MVP of the Spanish Olympic team

As for the most valuable players in the Iberian Olympic team, the Barcelona player Pedri is the MVP with 80 million euros, followed by Mikel Oyarzabal (70 million) and Dani Olmo and Pau Torres, both with 50 million.
