The pitcher of the Boston Red Sox, Chris Sale, was firing fire in just his second minor league rehab outing with a view to returning in the MLB 2021.
Sale was expected by many fans outside Hadlock Field, where the Double-A team of Los Boston Red Sox, in order to see that hero who struck out Manny Machado in the 2018 World Series to secure one more championship for said team.
Chris Sale finished throwing 3.2 innings, 0 hits, 6 Ks, 1 BB. 49 pitches and 34 strikes. When he was removed from the game, the fans stood up to cheer him, since they learned that the Red Sox are going to have their star starter returned.
