‘Toño’ Rodríguez and his message to the Mexican National Team prior to his debut at the Olympic Games

The Mexican National Team is a couple of days away from starting its path in the Tokyo Olympics 2021, when you face the France selection this Thursday, July 22, at the start of the group stage.

In a press videoconference, goalkeeper José Antonio ‘Toño’ Rodríguez stated that he would like to relive the experience of the Olympic tournament and dedicated a message of support to the Mexican national team prior to his debut.

“Send them our support and confidence, we hope that a medal will be brought. What we did was enjoy ourselves, we stopped hearing things from the outside. It has been the best stage of my career,” he declared.
