Mexico vs Honduras, when and where will the quarterfinals be played

After finishing as first place in Group A, the Mexican National Team advanced to the quarterfinals of the 2021 Gold Cup, where they will face the Honduras National Team on Saturday, July 24, which finished the group stage as second place in the Group D, at State Farm Stadium.

Mexico, led by Gerardo “el Tata” Martino, advanced to the next round after achieving two victories, against Guatemala and El Salvador, and a surprise draw against the Trinidad and Tobago National Team, finishing the group stage with seven units.

For its part, the Honduras National Team won its first two games, against Panama and Granada, and later fell in the closing of the group stage against the Qatar National Team, which snatched the first place.

In World Cup qualifiers, the Mexican National Team accumulates 11 victories, by three draws and six victories for the Hondurans.
