Spider-Man: No Way Home | Return of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield confirmed by movie posters

Almost a year ago rumors began to emerge that we would have the two Spider-Man actors back, but now in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Tobey Maguire (The Masterful Move – 72%, The Great Gatsby – 48%, Crazy weekend – 25%), star of the Spider-Man trilogy, and Andrew Garfield (Until the Last Man – 86%, Social Network –

96%, A Reason To Live – 67%), protagonist of the duology of The Amazing Spider-Man. Now, after many clues pointing in that direction (but no hard evidence) it seems that we have proof that few will doubt.

Through social networks, some users shared photographs of two posters in theaters in the United States that clearly show the three Spider-Men coming out of portals similar to those created by Doctor Strange; Considering that the Supreme Sorcerer will also appear on the tape, it is no wonder that these appear on the poster.

According to a Marvel fan account on Twitter, these posters were used by the cinema chain, but they are posters made by fans and in that case they most likely have put them there in the absence of an official poster, but others users assure that it is an official poster sent by Sony to theaters. Judge for yourself:

Theaters really got tired of waiting for the No Way Home trailer and said ‘fuck it, I’ll do it myself’.

The images definitely look fan-made, but if the quality isn’t quite convincing, it’s worth remembering the poor job done on the first Black Panther poster – 90%, which was mocked by fans, so this would not be the first or last time that a Marvel movie has been promoted with questionable quality on its posters.

In one of the portals we can see Spider-Man played by Tobey Maguire and behind him the robotic tentacles of Doctor Octopus; as everyone will remember, the return of Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2 – 93%, Frida – 76%, Beautiful Revenge – 90%) to the role of the villain is a fact that he himself confirmed in an interview, in which he also said that he plays the same character in Spider man 2 and not a new version.

Another villain who was confirmed for Spider-Man: No Way Home last year, albeit not officially, was Jamie Foxx (Collateral: Wrong Place and Time – 86%, Django No Chains – 87%, Baby – The Crime Apprentice – 93%). After the news was released, the actor published a very suspicious image on Instagram, which showed three different versions of Spider-Man from behind, and shortly afterwards he deleted it, probably due to a call to attention from Sony and Marvel.

The posters shown above only add to the many evidence that Maguire and Garfield were part of the production. Not counting all the insiders who have shared the rumor, we must remember that Tobey’s girlfriend began to follow Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Far From Home – 82%, Avengers: Infinity War – 79%, The Impossible – 81%) and the main actors of the film, that the stuntmen of Maguire and Garfield were on the set and that the Spanish voice actor who voiced the protagonist of the Spider-Man trilogy declared that he will interpret him again.

Finally, we cannot forget that recently a fan from Portugal met Maguire and he responded affirmatively when he was questioned about his appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home. To top it off, it is necessary to remind you that with the end of the Loki series – 96%, the multiverse is already a fact in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so… Spiderverse confirmed.
