Deceuninck will help Valona with the auction of a team-signed jersey

The Belgian cycling team Deceuninck Quick-Step will help the region of Walloon (Belgium), affected by the recent floods, by auctioning a jersey signed by all the riders of the team whose proceeds will donate to the Flanders Red Cross, which is helping to affected citizens.

This week, the ‘Tour de Wallonia’ will cross one of the areas most damaged by major floods. The seven riders that make up the team in this competition signed the team’s jersey that will be up for auction from today until July 28.

The bid for the jersey, as well as the details of the jersey, can be found on the official website of the Belgian team. At the moment the collection figure amounts to 350 euros.

The floods, which took place last week in Belgium, left more than 30 dead and 70 missing. Last Tuesday, an official day of mourning was declared in the country in tribute to the victims.
