Adolfo Bautista was a benchmark in Mexico | Lars Baron / .

Adolfo “El Bofo” Bautista unveiled his five best players in the history of Mexican soccer and surprised with some of his teams.

In an interview on Yotube with the user ZavaLive10, the former striker of the Chivas and the Mexico National Team surprised leaving Cuahtemoc Blanco out. He also gave the reasons why he considers “Chicharito” to be one of the five best in the history of the country.

“I had him as a teammate in Guadalajara and although he was a player with some technical limitations, he made up for it with his winning mentality and his ability to score goals. Then he confirmed it in a good way in Europe,” were some of Bautista’s words.

The rest of its top 5 was made up of Hugo Sánchez, Jorge Campos, Rafa Márquez and Benjamín Galindo.
