The Government of Brazil published this May 22 an order that extends for 30 days more restrictions on entry to the country to “foreigners of any nationality”, whether by air, land or water, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

As reported by the UOL portal, the measure does not apply to commercial traffic, which continues to operate. Likewise, Brazilian citizens – born or naturalized -, immigrants with permanent residence and foreign professionals working for international organizations, among others, will not be affected either.
