Mérida, May 22 . .- The president of the Junta de Extremadura, Guillermo Fernández Vara, has stated that he is not afraid of saucepans, flags or messages from one or the other on the street, but he is afraid of the hate, because it never leads to anything good, and those who encourage it panic.

“I am not afraid of the saucepans, nor the flags whatever they are, nor the messages of one or the other in the street. I am afraid of hatred. And I am panicked by those who encourage it. That hate never led to anything good in our history. One day comes and stays for generations, “said Vara this Friday in his profile on a social network.

In this sense, the head of the regional executive added: “Our parents are no longer there to teach us how to overcome it and make it disappear from coexistence, as they did.”

Already this Thursday, Vara warned, through this same medium, that “extreme radicalism on the part of politicians will end in extreme radicality and insult on the streets” and warned that “it is only a matter of time.”
