Upon graduation, 52 percent of students would like to work in Mexico, while 47 percent would like to work abroad.

On the other hand, 40 percent would like to be employed in private initiative; 35 percent in the public sector; 17 percent would prefer to start their own company and 8 percent would like to be freelance or independent.

43 percent of those interviewed believe that getting a job according to their career will be very easy. Here are some of the questions they answered during the survey.

METHODOLOGY: Survey at point of influx in 28 universities and public and private faculties in Mexico City with a thousand university students, 50% men and 50% women, between 17 and 26 years of age. Of these, 400 are students from private schools and 600 are from public schools. Layered two-stage design. Margin of error: +/- 3.1% to 95% confidence. Rejection rate: 18.6%.
